Blogger has not let me access this blog for a long time. There was some sort of glich with my browser.
So much has transpired since my last post. I plan to detail some of it but here are a few highlights.
)In January, I was blessed with a brand new granddaughter. She is the little sister of my adorable Mancub. Praise God!
2)My oldest daughter is expecting to give birth to a new daughter any minute now. Praise God! God has blessed me with another granddaughter!
3)We paid off the mortgage on our house.
4)My longest run so far is 12 miles
5) I have run over 800 miles this year.
6) My sister is running now. She is up to 5 mile runs.
7)I ran in Cades Cove!!!!!
8)Sadly, we lost my Uncle Ray to COPD in March.
There are many, many more but I will stop here for now.I could name our blessings one by one and it would take forever. It would be easier to count the sand on the shore.
I am reading a fasinating book about the brain and exercise. The title is "Spark".
I am very happy to be able to post again!
